South Florida Wedding Makeup
As a South Florida Wedding Photographer I always want the best for my clients. We look at the beautiful photos but often overlook how important wedding makeup can be to your beautiful portraits. I just thought I would share one of my favorite South Florida wedding vendors and a few Bridal Make Up looks we where able to execute. I must say with confidence that Mia Farah Beautique is the best South Florida Wedding Makeup Artist that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Before choosing a makeup look its very important to choose a quality makeup artist. As wedding are normally 8-10 days you want to look your best ever minute of it. Makeup should last all day, through all the crying, hugging, kissing, eating and dancing. You’ll probably want to get your mascara waterproof, lips to be kiss proof, and your skin makeup to be bombproof. I can assure you Mia is your girl.
One of the most important things on a bride’s big day is her beauty look. Munaluchi Coterie member and makeup artist, Mia Farah Beautique, can attest to that. “On the wedding day every bride wants to look and feel their absolute best,” she says. But finding the right look can be a bit overwhelming. Here are a few bridal beauty looks for a Munaluchi Bride editorial that Mia rounded up to help a future bride-to-be.
This look was inspired by the Victoria’s Secret Angel meets traditional glam.
Tip: If you know there is going be a lot of kissing on the wedding day then choose a nude tone gloss.
Fierce Yet Natural
This look is inspired by the bride who wants to highlight her natural beauty.
Tip: When selecting a lip color also keep in mind that lip shades comes in different formulations. Lip stains are a great formula option for brides who desire a more natural appeal. This model is wearing two lip stains in the same color family but one lighter, one darker. Placing a lighter shade in the middle of the lip gives the lips a sexy pout.
Inspired by something old meets something new.
Tip: The key to a versatile smokey eye is to make sure that your eyeshadows are well blended and matched with standout lashes.
Daddy’s Little Princess
This look is inspired by the classical Cinderella look. This look goes perfectly with a flowing Cinderella ball room dress.
Tip: Make sure your make up artist uses a quality lip stick as the cheaper ones tend to get on the vail.
Bold Yet Beautiful
This look is inspired by brides who want to look like a movie star and aren’t afraid to be the center of attention.
Tip: After your hair and makeup is done, take a long look at yourself (at least 10 ft away from the mirror) to assess whether or not you’ve achieved the bold look you sought after.
This hairstyle is perfect for an intricate but understated look. There’s no need for hair accessories but she’ll still have the option to easily change her hairstyle from a sophisticated up-do to a soft and wavy down-do.
Tip: Too much hairspray actually lessens the time curls will last and also weighs hair down and can make the hair sticky and unmanageable. Best approach to long-lasting and versatile hairstyles is to set hair with professional grade curling iron then pin curl, let cool, light spray and style away! No matter what your bridal style don’t forget to stay true to yourself, you’ll always be the most beautiful woman in the room.
