THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW

Cape Town Wedding Photography

What do we cover during a consultation?

You deserve to feel informed and confident going into your shoot, so your free consultation is for me to assist you and make sure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for. Well go over your plans for the big day to make sure everything goes smoothly and so I get a feel for how large the wedding is the length of the wedding, etc. so I can be properly prepared to cover everything.

I also want you to have a concrete idea of what you’re getting. Want to see how prints come out? What do albums look like when there actually in hand? I’ve got samples for you to actually get a feel for the quality. We will also go over your budget to see which collection suits your needs, and customize as you see fit.

How many photos will I receive?

I typically deliver approximately 30-50 images for engagement session, and around 400 – 2000 images for weddings depending on the hours of the wedding.

While I often shoot more photos than this, my goal is to give you as many beautiful options to choose from when telling the story of your wedding day, not overwhelm you with sub-optimal images, or multiple frames of the same shot for the sake of quantity.

Do you offer Photo Booth Rentals?

We currently are only offering Photo Booth Rentals in Nassau Bahamas area and operate under the name Bahamas Photobooths. Bahamas Photo booths are committed to providing you with the highest quality, most enjoyable Photo Booth rental experience available anywhere. Bahamas Photobooths mission is simple: bring luxury, style and most importantly, fun to your event.

Do you have any limits on coverage time?

My wedding collection coverage starts at 6 hours of coverage, but I also offer many packages that include unlimited overage. I’m there for you as long as you need me.

Will you travel to cover my wedding?

Love doesn’t have a geographical limit, and neither do I. I will travel to anywhere in the world to document your big day. Travel and accommodations beyond South Florida and the Nassau Bahamas area can be either billed as a reimbursable expense, or if you prefer, the expenses can be paid by you directly.

When will my photos become available?

I want to make sure all your photos will look great for years to come, which why completion takes an average of 10-16 weeks.

During that time, you’ll receive access to a private gallery for you to view and select which images you wish to receive. You can also share access to your gallery with all your friends and family to see.

Do you have any limits on coverage time?

My wedding collection coverage starts at 8 hours of coverage, but I also offer many packages that include unlimited coverage (up to 12 hours). I’m there for you as long as you need me.

How do we book you for our big day?

A signed contract along with a retainer is required to officially hold your date, and the final payment is due 14 days before your wedding date. We understand that planning a wedding can be overwhelming so we can arrange a payment method that best suits your needs.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. You should be excited and joyous on your wedding day, not worrying about what-ifs. I can provide your venue with my insurance information upon request.

Do you offer albums?

While it’s a great idea to have a digital backup, an album is a beautiful way to reminisce about your wedding day. Making photographic prints is, at its core, a delicately balanced chemical process. Selecting the right way to protect and display your photographs helps keep them as beautiful as ever as you pull them out and look at them with your family, friends, children, and even your children’s children.
